I have experienced many twists and turns during my recovery. In my twenties, my mind, body and spirit were out of alignment and I found myself without inner peace.
With the help and support of a treatment program, AA, my peers, and newfound spiritual connection, I have continued towards recovery every day. I strive to be the best possible version of myself in every single moment of the day. My drive to help others comes from a desire to be of service and to be there for those who need guidance. As a house manager for a men’s transitional home, I get to work with individuals on a one-on-one basis daily and help guide them along their path towards recovery and personal growth.
With Mynd Mvmt, I work towards bringing the two worlds of change together: those who are seeking change and those who have experienced positive personal change and want to help others. I look to bringing Mynd Mvmt’s tools and messages to all who are searching for personal change and personal recovery from whatever ails them. None of us are alone in this journey.
