During my twenties I thought I was invincible. I treated my body as if no matter what I did or put into it, my body would rebound without consequences. With complete naivety, I continued to burn the candle at both ends. I fueled myself with processed foods, sugar, stimulants, and zero exercise. At the time I was also in a traveling music group where my environment and poor sleep quality contributed to a decline in my health. I found myself malnourished, sleep deprived, emotionally unsound, and ungrounded.
Reaching my thirties at a suboptimal health level, I needed to find a way back into the light. I began practicing mindfulness through various programs and therapy sessions and learned how to start introducing whole foods into my life along with daily exercise. My journey was difficult and the urge to quit was strong, but I knew I couldn’t give up on myself.
For our clients, I combine nutritional insight with daily planning to help them get the most out of their day and to harmonize the relationship between their mind and body.
I am a twice certified Health and Wellness Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and KionU. I am trained in bio-individuality, biomechanics, ancestral wisdom, and better living through science.
I approach each client uniquely, addressing their individual needs to optimize their living environment, sleep, structural integrity, cognitive enhancement, and nutritional balance based on their ancestral background.
